As Noiz evolves into a comprehensive self-service influencer marketing platform and digital marketplace, we are expanding our business development team to drive new client acquisition and strategic growth.

Position Overview

Snail Games USA is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales, develop strategic partnerships, and expand adoption of the Noiz.gg platform.

This role is primarily focused on new business acquisition, client relationship management, and revenue generation. You will identify opportunities with game publishers, developers, brands, advertising agencies, and strategic partners while introducing them to Noiz's influencer marketing platform and digital marketplace.

The ideal candidate combines strong sales and relationship-building skills with a solid understanding of influencer marketing and the gaming industry. You understand how creators, brands, and publishers work together and can translate those insights into long-term business partnerships.

This position requires someone who is highly motivated, thrives in networking environments, enjoys building relationships, and is comfortable representing Noiz at conferences, client meetings, and industry events.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new revenue opportunities.

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new gaming publishers, developers, brands, agencies, and strategic partners.

  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting through contract execution and client onboarding.

  • Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, conferences, referrals, networking events, and industry relationships.

  • Present and demonstrate the Noiz.gg platform to prospective clients, showcasing influencer campaign management tools, creator network capabilities, and marketplace solutions.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing, and commercial opportunities.

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and revenue objectives.

Client Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and platform adoption.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective enterprise clients during the sales process.

  • Collaborate with internal campaign, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.

  • Gather client feedback to help shape future platform enhancements and business strategy.

Influencer Marketing Strategy
  • Consult prospective clients on influencer marketing strategies utilizing the Noiz platform.

  • Work closely with campaign management teams to transition new clients into successful influencer campaigns.

  • Stay informed on creator trends across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Kick, Discord, and emerging platforms.

  • Research gaming industry trends, influencer marketing innovations, and competitive offerings.

Industry Presence
  • Represent Noiz.gg at gaming conventions, trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.

  • Develop strategic partnerships that expand platform visibility and create new business opportunities.

  • Travel as needed to attend client meetings and industry events.

  • Expand and leverage your professional network within the gaming, creator economy, advertising, and digital media industries.

Reporting & Business Intelligence
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reporting.

QualificationsRequired
