The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will partner with the Food and Beverage Manager to lead frontline teams, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain high standards across food, beverage, safety, and service execution. This role also assists with scheduling, inventory, training, and administrative functions while helping drive consistent performance in a fast‑paced casino environment. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $43,888 - $54,100 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
