Summary

Broadway Across America (BAA) is the foremost market leader for live touring theatre in North America.

BAA is the leading presenter of touring Broadway, with a presence in 47 regional markets. BAA possesses the local marketing rights, secures the performance venue, manages local event production, and sells tickets. Tickets are sold as subscriptions, groups, eCLUB membership and single tickets. The presenting business is supported by its 4 million name database of ticket buyers, including hundreds of thousands of subscribers, across the United States and Canada.

BAA also owns or operates five historic theaters in Baltimore, Boston and Minneapolis.

The Marketing division of Broadway Across America is seeking a motivated individual to join our in-house creative team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is incredibly creative, collaborative, and is always focused on creating assets that are attractive and functional. Our creative team is responsible for laying out and designing marketing collateral for our regional marketing team's campaigns - including responsive and accessible emails, digital display ads, print, outdoor, social media graphics, video editing, etc. The deliverables created by this position would be utilized to execute marketing and advertising plans for hundreds of performances of touring Broadway productions in 25+ cities across North America.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with concepting, designing, and/or coding marketing collateral, including:
    • Email, digital display, print, outdoor, video, social media graphics, etc., creating balance between the aesthetic of the show's key artwork and the local brand's identity.
  • Receive feedback from the Director of Creative and/or Senior Graphic Designer, and members of the regional marketing teams and/or productions, and make all necessary changes
  • Prioritizing and managing self-workload to see projects to completion, from concept to finished piece
  • Collaborating with regional marketing teams to support local marketing initiatives with collateral and various creative

  • Motion graphics and video editing experience with proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro a plus

Education and/or Experience
