Job description

This is your opportunity to take the lead with a market leader. You'll be serving the biggest clients in the U.S. and in a top 20 new construction housing market. As a result, this position is best suited for an experienced site civil Project Engineer with a passion for land development of single-family subdivisions.

As a Project Engineer, you'll be working on a dedicated team and working closely with a Project Manager and supported by Project Designers and CAD Technicians. Together, you'll serve long-term, loyal clients helping to drive projects (from 100 to 1200 acres) to completion. In doing so, you will adhere to technical standards established by governmental agencies (usually in the form of Municipal Ordinances), internal standards, and industry standards.

Our Requirements

  • Three+ years of relevant experience in site development projects
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is desired (i.e. Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Land Surveying, Construction Management)
  • Professional Engineer's License in Indiana is preferred (other states are a plus)
  • Will consider experienced Engineer-In-Training nearing licensure
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is required
  • Ability to perform drafting and design related to residential site design
  • Proficiency in grading, drainage and sanitary calculation and design
