Job description

Description BlueForce Inc. is seeking a Space/Cyber Integrator in support of HQ USAF Sponsored or Supported Wargaming. The Space/Cyber Integrator will conduct activities to plan, execute, manage, and analyze throughout all phases of HQ USAF wargames including concept development, objective analysis, assessment planning, game design, event planning, management and execution, and post-game analysis. Primary locations are Joint Base Andrews, MD, Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling and The Pentagon. **Position is subject to contract award** Duties and Responsibilities: * Principal facilitator for integrating the space and cyber domains for AF wargames. * Assists in identification and recruitment of wargame participants. * Helps organize and facilitate participants and cells to achieve wargame objectives. * Supports wargame operations. * Participates in, and ensures space and cyber equities and capabilities are included in, the development and execution of wargame design, objectives, and analysis plans. * Supports creation of wargaming databases related to area of expertise. * Contributes to data collection during wargame events. * Supports adjudication as required. * Conducts post-game analysis and drafts wargame reports. * Supports development and dissemination of post-game outcomes for senior leaders and stakeholders. * Participates in non-AF Wargaming wargames if directed. * Supports the coordination of AFF and wider USAF participation in, and inputs to, Space and Cyber games as required. * Assists in accomplishing staff taskings/actions as directed. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * A minimum of 10 years working in the Space and/or Cyber mission areas at the operational and/or strategic level; with at least 2 years on staff above the Wing level (e.g., CCMD, MAJCOM, Division, etc.). * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Top-secret with SCI eligibility.
