Job description

Job Overview & Duties
  • Customer Service: Greet fans, answer product questions, and help with sizing or selections.
  • Sales & Cashiering: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process card payments, and handle transactions accurately.
  • Stand Setup & Breakdown: Set-up merchandise stands before hockey games or events and pack up inventory securely afterward.
  • Stock & Inventory: Restock shelves, track merchandise counts, and keep merchandise stands clean and organized.

Job Requirements & Skills
  • Experience: Prior retail, POS knowledge, In-person Customer Service .
  • Physical Ability: Stand for long periods (8+ hours) and lift boxes weighing up to 25-30 pounds.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the team's home game schedule.
  • Knowledge: A general interest or background in hockey is a plus.
