Why Work with Us:

We're passionate about helping kids thrive - and that starts with an amazing team. As an Assistant Center Director, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the success of our center by being the front line of parent communication, enrollment success, and local marketing.

We offer:

  • A rewarding leadership opportunity with real impact
  • A full-time, salaried position
  • A fun and supportive team culture
  • Ongoing professional development in education, sales, and communication
  • Access to all curriculum, tools, and training you need to succeed

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role emphasizes parent communication, enrollment, and community engagement, including:
  • Lead Follow-Up: Call, text, and email leads daily to schedule and conduct consultations, assessments, and center tours
  • Enrollment Closure: Communicate program benefits clearly, follow up promptly, and close enrollments with confidence

  • Marketing Support: Assist in executing local marketing initiatives, school outreach, events, and community partnerships to drive new inquiries
  • Front Desk & Operations: Support front desk functions including scheduling, payments, data entry, and general operations

  • Instructional Support: Occasionally assist with instruction and assessments using the Mathnasium Method

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable making phone calls, sending texts, and handling follow-up outreach
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Passion for working with kids and families
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong math skills through Algebra I (training will be provided)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; marketing, education, business, or related field a plus
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required

Additional Requirements:

About the Role:

This is a full-time, in-center position. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys making a real difference through education and community connection.
