Junior Accounts & Office Administrator- Skokie, IL
Location : 3945 Oakton street Skokie, IL 60076 - Onsite
Project Duration : Fulltime permanent
Salary : $50,000/yr.
Position Summary-
We are seeking a detail-oriented Jr Accounts & Office Administrator with 3-5 years of experience to support the day-to-day accounting and administrative operations across multiple business entities, including gaming, retail gas stations, and fuel distribution. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities-
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Perform daily accounting transactions, reconciliations, and accurate data entry.
• Support general bookkeeping and financial record maintenance.
• Handle office administration duties and coordinate activities across multiple business operations.
• Maintain and track insurance policies, renewals, and related documentation.
• ssist with operational reporting and administrative support.
• Organize and maintain financial and business records.
• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
• Provide additional administrative and accounting support as needed.
Required Qualifications-
• 3-5 years of accounting and office administration experience.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience with data entry and general bookkeeping.
