Junior Accounts & Office Administrator

Location: 3945 Oakton Street, Skokie, IL 60076 - Onsite

Project Duration: Fulltime permanent Salary: $50,000/yr.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Jr Accounts & Office Administrator with 3โ€“5 years of experience to support the day-to-day accounting and administrative operations across multiple business entities, including gaming, retail gas stations, and fuel distribution. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
  • Perform daily accounting transactions, reconciliations, and accurate data entry.
  • Support general bookkeeping and financial record maintenance.
  • Handle office administration duties and coordinate activities across multiple business operations.
  • Maintain and track insurance policies, renewals, and related documentation.
  • Assist with operational reporting and administrative support.
  • Organize and maintain financial and business records.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
  • Provide additional administrative and accounting support as needed.

Required Qualifications:
