This role plays a crucial part in our mission to deliver world-class gaming experiences and compete in a rapidly evolving industry.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the design and development of premium land-based slot game concepts from initial concept phase through commercial release.
  • Create compelling player experiences by combining innovative game mechanics, feature design, mathematical performance, and engaging themes.
  • Define the overall game vision, including game flow, pacing, feature structure, player rewards, and entertainment value.
  • Develop and communicate clear game specifications, design documentation, and creative direction for cross-functional development teams.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience designing land-based slot games, casino games, or comparable gaming products.
  • Proven track record contributing to commercially successful slot game products from concept through launch.
  • Strong understanding of slot mathematics, including RTP, volatility, hit frequency, bonus design, and player engagement mechanics.
  • Demonstrated ability to create innovative game concepts, features, and player experiences that balance entertainment value with business objectives.
  • Ability to interpret game performance data and use insights to improve gameplay and product outcomes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across creative and technical disciplines.
  • Experience collaborating with artists, engineers, and product teams in a fast-paced development environment.
