We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will welcome and register hotel guests, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience. What You'll Do
  • Provide the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner
  • Understand and consistently follow all cash handling and accounting procedures including hotel credit and check cashing procedures
