Summary
The qualified candidate will be responsible for accuracy, quality, and stewardship of member identification data within our healthcare systems. This role ensures that patient, provider, and member data is accurate, consistent, and secure across multiple platforms to support high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and analytics. Responsibilities could change as directed by the supervisor depending on the need.
Your role in our mission
  • Define, document, and maintain business and technical definitions for member IDs, demographic data, and related enrollment information.
  • Enter and maintain member data across multiple software applications to determine eligibility, correct duplicate ID information, and support member matching efforts.
  • Monitor, interpret, audit, and reconcile member data and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity across legacy systems, EHRs, and enrollment platforms.
  • Act as a liaison between Oklahoma Health Care Authority and Gainwell Technologies to resolve data issues, enhance data quality standards, and contribute to problem identification and resolution.
  • Handle confidential member information in accordance with HIPAA, privacy regulations, company policies, service level agreements, and established procedures.

What we're looking for
  • Proficiency using computers and multiple software applications simultaneously, with the ability to multitask effectively; reliable internet service required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail and handling confidential information appropriately.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

The pay range for this position is $30,000.00 - $40,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
