The opportunity
At Envision Pharma Group, we're modernising how our Human Resources function supports the business, combining people expertise, technology, data, and AI to deliver meaningful impact. We're looking for a Total Rewards Senior Specialist to join our HR team and provide hands-on support across a range of benefits, compensation, and total rewards activities. Working across multiple countries, you will support benefits administration and Leave of Absence (LOA) processes, provide payroll inputs for U.S. leave cases, and contribute to compensation reporting and wage book development.
You will also play an important role in supporting key total rewards projects, including U.S. Open Enrollment, the UK benefits brokerage transition, the annual 401(k) audit, and the implementation of total rewards systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented total rewards professional with experience in benefits and/or compensation who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, global environment.
Please note: This is a temporary, 3-6 month assignment working full-time hours. We welcome US-based applicants interested in either a fully remote working arrangement or a hybrid model from our Raleigh, NC office.
How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?
Role responsibilities
  • Maintain the payroll and benefits inbox by assisting employees with Leave of Absence (LOA) and other benefits questions, triaging incoming requests, and administering global benefits programs.
  • Compile and prepare regular reporting on benefits, compensation, and related total rewards metrics.
  • Assist in the funding and reconciliation of Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions.
  • Support the annual 401(k) audit, including data preparation, sample pulls, and coordination with external auditors.
  • Support compensation benchmarking efforts by analyzing role data in partnership with HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
  • Complete payroll inputs for U.S. Leave of Absence cases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Help develop and document Leave of Absence procedures across the organization's international footprint.
  • Audit benefit file feeds to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies across systems and vendors.
  • Support total rewards system implementation and configuration, ensuring benefits, compensation, and leave data flow correctly across HRIS and vendor platforms.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of the compensation wage book, assisting with documentation of salary ranges, pay grades, and wage data.
  • Support Open Enrollment efforts in the U.S.
  • Assist with the development of benefits communication and education materials, including Open Enrollment content, employee FAQs, and ongoing benefits education.
  • Support the transition to a new UK brokerage.
  • Support the administration of the global employee recognition program, including nomination intake, awards coordination, and program communications.

Do you have what we are looking for?
Skills & expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred, equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
  • Prior experience in benefits administration, compensation, HR operations, or a related total rewards function required.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS/benefits administration systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain benefits concepts clearly to employees.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. leave of absence regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, state-specific leave laws).
  • Experience supporting international benefits programs is a plus.
