Job Summary

We are seeking a driven, organized, and customer-focused Parts Counter Person to join our Gainesville location. This role is essential to the success of both our retail and service operations, ensuring that customers and technicians get the parts they need — quickly and accurately.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, and online with identifying and ordering parts

  • Accurately use OEM parts catalogs and inventory systems to locate and sell parts

  • Process orders, returns, and special requests

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and perform routine stock checks

  • Support the service department by supplying the required parts promptly

  • Deliver a top-tier customer experience through friendly, knowledgeable service

  • Stay informed on new products, accessories, and vendor promotions

  • Keep parts area clean, organized, and professional at all times


Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Prior experience in a parts counter role (automotive or powersports preferred)

  • Familiarity with powersports equipment (ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, etc.) is a strong plus

  • Strong computer skills and experience with inventory systems

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
