  • Lead root cause investigations using 8D, 5-Whys, Ishikawa, and similar methodologies.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Perform bench-level electrical debugging, signal probing, and validation testing.
  • Support production test equipment, fixtures, calibration, and Gage R&R.
  • Manage ECP/ECOs, BOM updates, technical documentation, Control Plans, FMEAs, and Inspection Plans.
  • Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve reliability.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or another engineering discipline with equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years of Sustainment, Production, Manufacturing, or related Engineering experience preferred.
  • Strong electrical engineering foundation: schematic review, circuit analysis, test equipment, and CCA troubleshooting.
  • Defense, aerospace, electronics manufacturing, or other high-reliability environment experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • S. Citizenship required; Secret clearance or ability and willingness to obtain one required.
