Job description

We are currently seeking a detail oriented, temporary employee to assist the onsite team with documentation at our Wastewater System Project near Cartersville, GA.

The expected duration of this assignment is four months beginning January 6, 2025.

Responsibilities:

Administrative duties for project team include the following:

    • Document control of construction redlines
    • Coordination and assembly of commissioning documentation
    • Assemble commissioning books (digital and hard copies)
    • Facsimile, scanning, emails, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by Commissioning Manager relating to administrative tasks

Characteristics and Skills:

  • Ability to work on a construction site
  • Ability to read drawing title blocks for revision control
  • Detail oriented and diligent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, EXCEL, WORD and Power Point.

Essential Physical Abilities:

· Ability to sit or stand at a desk using a computer 80% of the time.
