Summary:

Supports AMC workforce planning, organizational strategy, talent management initiatives, and Army People Strategy implementation.


Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Analyze workforce and organizational planning initiatives.
  • Develop strategic messaging and executive communications.
  • Draft Army orders, policies, and implementation plans.
  • Support process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate strategic planning activities across AMC organizations.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Experience supporting Army workforce planning initiatives.
