Wolfcreek Consulting seeks an experienced Nurse Supervisor to manage a nursing team for an urgent care clinic in Miami-Dade County, FL.
The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the hiring, training, and supervision of prospective nurses, as well as regular nurse duties in emergency situations.
The ideal candidate will require at least 4 years of experience in a hospital or urgent care center environment, and a valid nursing license in the State of Florida. Experience with KRONOS software is strongly preferred.
The candidate must also be a compassionate mentor and listener and a highly motivated worker.
This position offers a $90k to $120k salary, along with a 10% yearly bonus and a sign-on bonus of $20k. Medical benefits are also provided.

Job Description
  • Provide clinical nurse leadership, ensuring patient care meets professional standards and organizational policies
  • Manage staffing levels, conduct performance evaluations, and orient new staff
  • Perform supervisory visits and case reviews to maintain quality of care
  • Collaborate with patients and nursing team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans
  • Act as a professional role model and mentor, demonstrating clinical expertise and ongoing professional development
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate comprehensive patient care and smooth transitions
  • Manage patient complaints, maintain accurate records, and oversee inventory to ensure effective patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of safety in the healthcare environment

Qualifications
  • Current CNO registration as Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing, degree preferred
  • Valid G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience with progressive responsibilities as a Nursing Supervisor/Manager, preferably in a community setting
  • Solid knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods of community nursing and service delivery to patients
  • Current CPR certification
