Benefits of joining our team as an Experienced Auto Body Estimator:

  • Competitive Compensation: $85,000 - 120,000 expected annual compensation (22 to 30 per hour plus eligibility for commission incentives expected to range from 3000 to 5000 per month).
  • We pay our commissions weekly!

  • Hours - Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm with a 30 minute lunch

Qualified Auto Body Estimators will possess the following:

  • A minimum of 1 year estimating in an auto body shop required
  • Experience using CCC One, Mitchell and I-Car programs
  • Working with direct repair programs, DRP is preferred
  • Excellent customer service/sales background
  • Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once
