Job description

Summary of Position
Lionsgate is seeking a Senior Treasury Manager with 8+ years of corporate treasury experience supporting complex, multinational organizations. Reporting to the VP & Assistant Treasurer, this position will play a key role in managing global liquidity, cash forecasting, banking operations, treasury technology, risk management, and treasury governance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in global treasury operations, banking relationships, forecasting, process improvement, and treasury systems, while partnering effectively across Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and business teams.
Responsibilities
Cash Management & Liquidity
  • Lead global cash management, daily cash positioning, and liquidity planning activities.
  • Develop and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Execute funding strategies, intercompany transfers, and cash deployment activities.
  • Analyze liquidity requirements and recommend strategies to optimize cash utilization.
  • Partner with Finance leadership to support business funding needs and strategic initiatives.

Banking & Treasury Operations
  • Manage global banking structures, including corporate and international accounts.
  • Maintain banking relationships and oversee treasury services, payments, and collections.
  • Administer bank account openings, closures, and signatory management.
  • Oversee treasury operations, treasury controls, payment workflows, and account reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

Debt, Risk & Governance
  • Support debt facility administration, lender reporting, and covenant compliance.
  • Assist with financing activities, capital structure initiatives, and strategic transactions.
  • Support foreign exchange and treasury risk management programs.
  • Monitor liquidity, fraud prevention, and payment security controls.
  • Develop and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

Treasury Systems & Process Improvement
  • Manage and optimize treasury systems, banking platforms, and reporting processes.
  • Support treasury technology initiatives, ERP integrations, and automation efforts.
  • Drive improvements in forecasting, cash reporting, payments, and treasury analytics.
  • Partner with Finance and IT to implement scalable treasury solutions.

Leadership & Strategic Support
  • Serve as a trusted partner to the VP & Assistant Treasurer on treasury initiatives.
  • Provide treasury insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, lenders, and external stakeholders.
  • Support M&A activities, including due diligence, bank account integration, and liquidity onboarding.
  • Assist with internal and external audits and treasury compliance initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive corporate treasury experience.
  • Strong expertise in cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking operations, and treasury controls.
  • Experience managing global banking relationships and multi-entity treasury environments.
  • Knowledge of debt administration, treasury systems, ERP integrations, and treasury technology.
  • Understanding of FX risk management, treasury governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience mentoring or leading treasury professionals preferred.

Nice to Haves
  • Experience in entertainment, media, or similarly complex global organizations.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation.
  • Treasury transformation, automation, or TMS implementation experience.
  • Experience supporting M&A treasury integrations.

Additional Requirements
This position requires five (5) days per week in office.
