We are looking for an experienced Swim Coach to join our team - someone who brings deep knowledge of competitive swim team techniques, understands swim culture and etiquette, and is passionate about helping young athletes reach their full potential.This is more than a coaching role. You'll be a mentor, motivator, and model of professionalism for our students and their families. If you're ready to make a lasting difference in the pool, we'd love to meet you.What We OfferCompetitive Pay: Swim Coaches earn between $13 and $18 per hour, commensurate with coaching experience and certifications.Consistent Schedules: Part-time positions available with predictable scheduling so you can plan your time away from the pool.Great Benefits: Full-time employees receive comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and free swim lessons for eligible family members.Career Development: Grow into additional roles, including lifeguard, swim instructor, front desk associate, pool deck supervisor, and assistant manager.
