Orangetheory Fitness is looking for passionate, high-energy Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.

You'll be coached and supported by owners who lead from the front—they've taught more than 13,000 Orangetheory classes combined and are committed to developing great coaches.

Day in the Life of a Fitness Coach
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire members through pre-designed Orangetheory workouts.
  • Help members set goals and celebrate their progress.
  • Coach proper movement mechanics and provide form corrections to ensure safe, effective workouts.
  • Educate members on the science behind heart rate-based interval training and strength programming.
  • Confidently demonstrate and coach the use of all studio equipment.
  • Create an energetic, welcoming, and results-driven class experience every day.
Requirements
  • Nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or another NCCA-accredited certification), or the ability to obtain one.
