Job description

Cyber Future Operations Specialist

The Opportunity:

As a cyber future operations mission specialist, you understand the value of hunt-forward operations, and you know that battles are won in the grey. At Booz Allen, you can use your cyberspace operations experience to create solutions that will be executed on a worldwide stage. We're looking for an experienced cyber mission specialist like you to apply your knowledge in automating pipelines, applying machine learning (ML), and integrating artificial intelligence (AI) to bolster our nation's defensive cybersecurity posture.

In this role, you'll be counted on to understand cyberspace capabilities to evaluate potential weaknesses as well as the effectiveness of mitigations for cybersecurity solutions. You will leverage cyberspace operations systems to automated data pipelines, use AI/ML workload analysis, develop mission-to-skill matching algorithms, and perform anomaly detection to inform senior leadership, enhance commander situational awareness, and maximize cyber protection team effectiveness.

This is an opportunity to use your research and analysis abilities to adequately assess and inform operators and senior leadership or commanders on dynamic adversarial tactics, techniques, and procedures. Your role will be vital in the development of operation plans to support command and control.

If you want to be in the fight, working shoulder to shoulder with our mission partners, influencing the most critical global cyber missions, this is the opportunity for you.

Join us. The world can't wait.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience implementing automated ingestion pipelines that parse HHQ orders using natural language processing
  • 2+ years of experience applying ML entity resolution to maintain a continuously updated master mission portfolio, flagging duplicative or conflicting taskings
  • 1+ years of experience applying ML-based anomaly detection to highlight deviations from expected mission progress
  • 1+ years of experience using automated briefing packages and AI-generated mission summaries to hand off Cyber Tasking Orders (CTOs) to Current Operations (CUOPS)
  • 1+ years of experience developing and deploying predictive analytics and multi-criteria decision models to enhance mission prioritization based on strategic alignment, urgency, resource availability, and readiness impacts
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Commander's Critical Information Requirements (CCIRs)
  • Experience building and maintaining a dynamic Common Tactical Picture (CTP) using automated data aggregation from mission systems, intelligence feeds, and partner networks
  • Experience generating Requests for Information through workflow automation
  • Knowledge of rule-based validation engines and ML anomaly detection

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Our recognition awards program acknowledges employees for exceptional performance and superior demonstration of our values.
