    Summary
    This role is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting activities and supporting talent acquisition initiatives across assigned business functions. The position partners closely with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and drive hiring outcomes for critical business roles. In addition to recruiting execution, this role contributes to recruiting process improvements, agency management, talent market intelligence, and workforce planning initiatives that support organizational growth.
    *Primary work location is subject to change to Buckhead within the year. The role may require flexibility to work between current(Duluth) and future office (Buckhead) location.
    Responsibilities
    [Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Operations]
    - Lead full-cycle recruiting activities across assigned business groups, from intake meetings through offer acceptance and onboarding readiness
    - Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, candidate profiles, interview processes, and evaluation criteria
    - Build and manage candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and external recruiting agencies
    - Drive recruiting efforts for hard-to-fill and business-critical positions, particularly within sales, logistics, transportation, and leadership functions
    - Monitor recruiting metrics and hiring progress, providing regular updates and recommendations to business leaders
    - Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
    [Hiring Process & Talent Acquisition Planning]
    - Support the development and implementation of standardized recruiting processes, interview methodologies, and evaluation frameworks
    - Partner with business leaders to establish role-specific hiring criteria, interview scorecards, and candidate assessment standards
    - Assist in improving recruiting governance, reporting, and candidate tracking processes
    - Contribute to recruiting projects focused on talent acquisition effectiveness, candidate quality, and hiring manager satisfaction
    [Agency & Pipeline Management]
    - Manage relationships with external search firms and recruiting partners, including candidate ownership, pipeline visibility, and overall sourcing effectiveness
    - Coordinate candidate submissions, duplicate reviews, and recruiting activities across internal and external sourcing channels
    - Develop sustainable talent pipelines for key business functions through proactive market mapping and talent engagement
    - Support the evaluation and optimization of sourcing channels and recruiting partnerships
    [Strategic Talent Programs]
    - Support hiring initiatives for leadership, sales, and other strategically important positions across the organization
    - Participate in talent pipeline development efforts for future leadership and succession needs
    - Assist with workforce planning discussions by providing market intelligence and recruiting insights
    - Contribute to long-term talent acquisition initiatives aligned with business growth objectives
  • - Support recruiting-related projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance hiring effectiveness and candidate experience
    - Prepare recruiting metrics, pipeline reports, and hiring updates for HR and business leadership
    - Assist in developing interview guides, evaluation scorecards, and role-specific hiring criteria
    - Conduct talent market research and competitive talent mapping for critical business positions
    - Coordinate relationships with external recruiting agencies and support vendor performance tracking
    - Participate in workforce planning discussions and provide recruiting insights to support business growth
    - Support onboarding and new hire integration activities for key hires as needed
    - Perform other talent acquisition and HR-related duties as assigned
  • Compensation Range
    $69,000 - $78,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

    Skills & Qualifications
    • Great written and spoken communication skills Required

    Education & Experience
    • H.S Diploma/G.E.D Required
    • Associate's Degree Preferred
    • 5 - 8 Years of direct experience in Human Resources Required
    • 6 - 9 Years of direct experience in Human Resources or Contract Recruiting (Headhunting) Preferred
    • PHR/SCHRM-CP Certification or License Preferred
