Job description

Build something extraordinary. Lead with purpose. Engineer what's next.

What if your next leadership role wasn't about maintaining an engineering department, but building one that sets the industry standard? We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team of talented engineers while helping shape the future of one of the most respected specialized lifting and rigging companies in North America. This is more than a management role. It's an opportunity to build a world-class engineering organization, influence company strategy, develop future leaders, and solve complex engineering challenges that make a real impact. All for a purpose that is bigger than profit. ProLift Rigging exists to acknowledge and glorify God by stewarding the resources entrusted to us and directing the success of our business toward meaningful and redemptive work.

Why This Role Matters

You’ll lead the people, processes, and innovation that drive safe, profitable, and industry-leading engineering solutions. • Strengthen ProLift's technical capabilities and competitive advantage
  • Ensure engineering deliverables support safe and successful project execution
Who You Are

You are a problem solver, team builder, and technical leader who thrives on tackling complex challenges. You enjoy developing people as much as solving engineering problems and are energized by the opportunity to leave an organization better than you found it.

  • Experience leading technical teams
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Why ProLift Rigging?
  • Purpose-driven culture
  • Executive visibility and influence
  • Significant opportunity for growth and advancement
  • Complex, challenging projects across North America
  • Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses
  • Comprehensive benefits package
  • A team that values Safety, Ingenuity, Respect, Diligence, and Teamwork
  • Our values of Safety, Focus, Ingenuity, Stewardship, Respect, Diligence, and Teamwork guide everything we do.
  • If you're looking for more than a title and want your work to have lasting impact on your team, customers, and community, we'd love to meet you.
How Will You Be Supported?
  • Competitive salary
  • Bonus program that pays for performance
  • 401(k)
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
