Role: Senior Consultant – Oracle Fusion SCM (MFG / WMS / INV) with 10-15 Years experience


Relevant Experience: 5+ Years

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Manufacturing, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Inventory Management. The role requires strong functional consulting experience, client-facing capability, and hands-on configuration knowledge in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional units to deliver scalable and efficient solutions aligned with manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Business Consulting

  • Engage with client business users, SMEs, and leadership to understand requirements, pain points, and transformation objectives.
  • Lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and process discussions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, driving solution recommendations aligned with Oracle Fusion best practices.
  • Support proactive value creation in line with Infosys’ consulting-led delivery approach.

Functional Solutioning (Oracle Fusion SCM)

  • Configure and implement solutions across:
    • Oracle Fusion Manufacturing (Discrete/Process)
    • Inventory Management
    • Warehouse Management (WMS Cloud)
  • Provide expertise in:
    • Work Orders, Work Definitions, BOM, Routings
    • Inventory transactions (receiving, issuing, transfers, cycle count)
    • Warehouse execution (inbound, picking, packing, shipping)
  • Drive end-to-end SCM process integration across modules.

Delivery & Implementation

  • Own and contribute to:
    • Solution design (FDDs, solution architecture, process flows)
    • Conference Room Pilots (CRP), SIT, UAT, and production deployment
  • Ensure adherence to Infosys delivery methodology and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design integrations with:
    • 3PL systems, MES, EDI platforms
    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs
  • Ensure seamless transaction flow across:
    • Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics
  • Lead analysis and resolution of issues related to:
    • Inventory discrepancies
    • Manufacturing execution errors
    • Warehouse transaction failures
  • Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

Oracle Fusion SCM Expertise

  • Strong hands-on experience in:
    • Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Inventory, and WMS
