Overview

Do you understand that cats and dogs are more than just pets - they're cherished members of your family?

We need strong customer-service skills that would also apply to our four-legged friends. Duties include supporting team members & helping pet parents and their fur babies.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

What You'll Do

To help lead our Wag pack and maximize productivity, we need you to:

  • Lead team members by example. Both you and your team should understand and embody the company's values at all times.
  • Ensure team members comply with Wag N' Wash personnel policies and procedures as listed in the Team Member Handbook.
  • Assign tasks while helping team members manage their time.

When it comes to store operations, you will:

  • Place special orders, fill online orders and notify customers when orders are ready.
  • Complete all assignments as directed by leadership.
  • Reconcile cash drawers and execute end-of-day reports.
  • Willingness to perform nail trims on our furry friends. 

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • 2+ years of retail experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills are a must.
  • Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, have reliable transportation, and must pass the drug screening (where allowed by law) and be 18 years or older.
