Housekeeper
Location: Wellington, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM-7:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $40+/hour DOE
Benefits: Health stipend, 2 weeks PTO
A warm and active family of five is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to maintain their beautifully kept 8,000 square foot residence. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished, detail-oriented professional who enjoys taking ownership of their work while collaborating with the Executive Housekeeper to ensure the home is maintained to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and takes pride in caring for luxury homes with fine furnishings, artwork, and specialty finishes. They are a self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mentality.
Responsibilities
  • Full-charge housekeeping and detailed cleaning of an 8,000 sq. ft. home
  • Care for fine furnishings, artwork, antiques, and delicate surfaces
  • Laundry, linen care, and light pressing
  • Organize closets, storage spaces, and other home organization projects
  • Manage household inventory and restock supplies
  • Set and clear the table, and clean up following dinner service
  • Weekly cleaning of a guest apartment and a barn apartment
  • Light pet care for two friendly dogs
  • Occasional driving for child pick-up, if needed.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a private home as a Housekeeper
  • Strong knowledge of caring for fine furnishings, artwork, and specialty surfaces
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Professional, discreet, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Warm, reserved, and a collaborative team player
  • Self-starter with the ability to anticipate household needs and work independently
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Verifiable professional references
