  • Flexible work schedule, which may include nights and weekends.
  • We provide the tools, training and support to help you succeed and maximize your earnings.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), reasonable accommodations may be made to empower individuals with disabilities to undertake the essential duties and responsibilities of the position.

MEMORY MAKER PERKS & BENEFITS

  • This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.
    • Most of our sales professionals earn $70,000-$100,000, with top performers exceeding that range.
    • Your income is directly tied to your performance.
  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options
  • Paid time off and 401K matching contribution
  • Employee discount (40%) at BRR locations

Regardless of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age, disability, or if you're parenting the next generation of Memory Makers, we firmly believe our work is at its best when everyone feels free to be their most authentic self.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Ideal candidate will have experience in high-customer-expectation environments such as sales, hospitality, or retail.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Coachable, self-motivated, and eager to continuously learn and grow.
  • High-energy, people-focused individual who goes above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
  • Professional, positive, resilient, and goal-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
