Part-Time Position:

Join our dynamic retail team as a Furniture Sales Associate and become a key player in creating inspiring living spaces for our customers! In this lively role, you’ll engage with shoppers, showcase beautiful furniture pieces, and provide exceptional service that turns browsing into buying. Your enthusiasm and product knowledge will help customers find the perfect furniture solutions while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales skills, enhance customer service expertise, and be part of a vibrant retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting furniture that meets their needs and style preferences
  • Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain benefits clearly to encourage purchases
  • Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and properly organized through merchandising and stocking tasks
  • Process sales transactions efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash and card payments accurately, and manage cash handling procedures
  • Upsell complementary products or accessories to maximize sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service
  • Provide detailed product information, answer customer questions with professionalism, and maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting remotely or over the phone
  • Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, assisting with stock replenishment, and ensuring accurate record keeping

Requirements:
