Job description

Demand Generation Manager
Location: Remote within approved US states
Reports to: Director of Marketing
About BombBomb
BombBomb is on a mission to help relationship-driven sales teams create authentic connections with their customers. We are a video messaging platform designed to help individuals and teams stand out, show up, and close deals faster.
We've built a strong foundation with thousands of customers across industries. Now, we are entering a critical phase: driving growth by becoming more data-driven, more intentional, and more effective in how we generate demand and communicate value to the market.
Why this Role Exists
We're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own the day-to-day execution, measurement, and continuous optimization of our digital campaigns and demand generation programs. This is a hands-on role: you'll build landing pages, run multi-channel and account-based campaigns, manage email and nurture programs, and keep our HubSpot instance organized and running well - while coordinating across the broader team to keep programs moving.
This is a role that owns the execution, measurement, and continuous optimization of BombBomb's demand generation engine - turning our ICP strategy and positioning into predictable qualified pipeline. You'll execute across several core digital marketing functions, use AI tools to work faster and smarter, and grow into more scope over time.
What You'll Own
Landing Pages & Campaign Assets
  • Build and launch landing pages (using HubSpot's page builder or similar tools) for campaigns, events, and content offers
  • Ensure pages are on-brand, clean, and conversion-ready - no need for advanced design skills, just solid execution and attention to detail

Demand Generation & Multi-Channel Campaigns
  • Own Marketing's contribution to qualified pipeline, continuously measuring performance against monthly pipeline targets and adjusting campaigns, channels, spend, and messaging to close gaps
  • Build and maintain clear funnel visibility from target account and lead engagement through qualified opportunity and pipeline, partnering with Sales and RevOps to identify and fix conversion breakdowns
  • Design and run always-on and campaign-specific programs across paid social, paid search, webinars, events, and partnerships - aligned to ICP, segmentation, and pipeline targets, and continuously optimized based on performance
  • Own the channel and campaign plan end-to-end: prioritize bets, schedule and launch programs across owned and paid channels, and iterate based on what drives qualified pipeline
  • Run structured A/B tests and experiments on campaigns, landing pages, and messaging; document results and share learnings back with the marketing team
  • Help identify funnel friction points (drop-off in forms, low converting steps) and test fixes

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Own account-based campaigns for priority target accounts - building from ICP and segmentation, and refining lists and plays based on engagement and pipeline results
  • Build personalized landing pages, email sequences, and ad audiences for named target accounts and priority segments
  • Coordinate with Sales on account-level engagement - flagging target-account activity and supporting account-specific asks (custom content, 1:1 outreach support, event invites)
  • Maintain target account lists and engagement tracking inside HubSpot (or a dedicated ABM tool, if one is adopted)
  • Report on account engagement and pipeline influence from ABM programs

Email & Nurture Campaigns
  • Build, schedule, and send email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, announcements)
  • Design, launch, and optimize nurture sequences that move leads through the funnel, using segmentation and intent signals to improve conversion.
  • Monitor performance (opens, clicks, conversions) and make basic optimizations

HubSpot Program Management
  • Own day-to-day management of our HubSpot instance: workflows, lists, forms, basic reporting
  • Keep contact data and segmentation reasonably clean and organized
  • Flag and help resolve internal issues/requests that come through HubSpot (broken workflows, list requests, etc.)

Campaign & Program Coordination
  • Own the campaign calendar - planning, prioritizing, and shipping with the Director of Marketing and broader marketing team
  • Partner with the GTM AI/Automation function to automate repeatable marketing workflows and continuously increase the amount of pipeline Marketing can generate per employee and per dollar spent
  • Coordinate with Sales and other internal stakeholders to keep campaigns aligned and on schedule
  • Track campaign and channel performance, tag campaigns correctly for attribution, and report out on what's working
  • Support RevOps with campaign tagging and data hygiene that feeds funnel visibility and forecasting
  • Help execute community and customer advocacy programs (reviews, referrals, testimonials, user groups)

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
  • Marketing has a weekly, trusted scorecard showing target-account engagement, qualified leads/accounts, opportunities, pipeline created, channel spend, conversion and pipeline economics
  • Marketing consistently delivers against an agreed monthly qualified-pipeline target that supports BombBomb's pipeline coverage objective
  • ABM programs are producing measurable engagement, meetings, opportunities and pipeline within priority accounts, not just impressions or clicks
  • Funnel conversion has measurably improved through structured experimentation
  • Channel economics are understood well enough to determine where the next incremental marketing dollar should and should not be spent
  • AI and automation have materially increased campaign and experimentation velocity without requiring additional headcount

About You
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations, ideally with some hands-on paid campaign experience
  • Working experience with HubSpot (or a comparable marketing platform like Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign) - building emails, workflows, and landing pages
  • Basic comfort with email/nurture campaign strategy (segmentation, sequencing, timing)
  • Some hands-on exposure to paid social or paid search campaign execution
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) and genuine interest in using them to work more efficiently - you don't need to be an expert, but you should already be using them
  • Ability to use AI to increase campaign velocity and effectiveness, including market and account research, segmentation, personalized messaging, creative variation, campaign QA, performance analysis, and repetitive campaign operations.
  • Organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple campaigns/requests at once
  • Clear written communication

Nice to Have
  • Prior exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns or tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus)
  • Experience supporting webinars or events as a demand gen channel
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page or email troubleshooting
  • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce, etc.) alongside a marketing platform
  • Exposure to SEO or content marketing
  • Design tool familiarity (Canva, Figma) for lightweight asset creation

Compensation
The OTE compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 annually. Final compensation for this role is determined by a variety of factors, such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
BombBomb's Benefits & Perks include:
  • Excellent medical, dental and vision benefits for you and your family
  • Flexible Paid Time Off program
  • 9 paid holidays
  • 401k Plan with employer match
  • Monthly internet stipend
  • New hire home office set-up bonus
  • Annual education / development for your career growth

Our Commitment
BombBomb's success in building human connection depends on our ability to foster an equitable and inclusive work environment. We are committed to attracting, retaining, and growing a diverse workforce where people from all backgrounds can feel empowered to bring their whole selves to work, and contribute their best work. We never discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran, and disability status. BombBomb is an equal opportunity employer that welcomes everyone to our team.
