The Role
In this role, you will maintain deep, hands on experience in at least one platform and strong working proficiency in a second (e.g., Google and Meta) while possessing a broad ability to apply data-driven logic across the entire marketing ecosystem. You'll apply data driven logic across the broader marketing ecosystem, own a defined set of B2B and B2C accounts, and collaborate across accounts when your expertise is needed. You'll lead platform level strategy and execution while partnering with the Director and team members on cross channel direction and client level narratives.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic Execution
  • Multi-Platform Ownership: Lead the end-to-end strategy, setup, and optimization for complex accounts across Meta and Google Ads, moving beyond "awareness" into full-funnel execution.
  • Performance Benchmarking: Manage campaign pacing and budget oversight while hitting client KPIs through proactive tactical adjustments.
  • Ad Psychology: Partner with creative teams to brief and test ad formats informed by buyer psychology and AI-driven use cases, rather than relying solely on platform best practices.

Strategic Agility & Systems
  • Strategy: Reframe performance narratives and adjust plans when external factors or platform changes shift trends.
  • Cross-Channel: Conduct analyses between Search and Social to identify overlaps and untapped opportunities.
  • Storytelling: Translate complex metrics into executive level insights that explain the "why" and define the next move.
  • Systems: Work within and improve standardized frameworks to ensure scalability and team wide consistency.

About You
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Media across multiple channels.
  • Expert proficiency in at least two primary platforms (Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads).
  • Strong understanding of tracking logic, including GTM, GA4, platform pixels, CAPI, and attribution modeling.
  • Proven ability to look at a complex account and diagnose issues and propose solutions proactively.
  • Ability to present complex performance data to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and confidence.
