Job description

Job description:

The Opportunity: Are you a natural closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you speak the language of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services?

Rock Service Pros is looking for a high-energy Inside Sales & Dispatch Rep to be the engine behind our service schedule. You won’t just be answering phones—you’ll be commanding the front lines of our sales funnel. From converting warm inbound leads to hunting down new business through outbound calls, you will be the driving force that keeps our technicians busy and our revenue growing.

How You Will Drive Impact:

  • Inbound Conversion Champion: Take incoming service calls for residential and commercial facilities. You're not just taking messages; you're overcoming objections and turning inquiries into booked appointments.
  • Outbound Rainmaker: Proactively dial out to existing customers for maintenance agreements, seasonal promotions, and follow-ups. Keep our pipeline overflowing!
  • ServiceTitan Maestro: Own our dispatch board. Log every lead and interaction with 100% accuracy (if it isn't in the CRM, it didn't happen!).
  • Strategic Dispatching: Assist the team with routing to maximize technician efficiency, prioritize high-value jobs, and minimize "empty" drive time.
  • Customer Advocacy: Solve problems on the fly and ensure every homeowner or facility manager feels like they are our only customer.
  • Note: This role drives our success Monday-Friday from 11 AM to 7 PM, with the potential to work from home some evenings as well.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • The Sales DNA: Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or outbound calling. You know how to build rapport quickly and close the booking.
  • Industry Fluent: Solid familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. You can talk shop with our techs and confidently explain services to customers.
  • Tech & Tactical Skills: Strong knowledge of ServiceTitan, CRM navigation, and dispatch processes. You can type fast and navigate multi-line phone systems without missing a beat.
  • High Gear: The ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

Why Rock Service Pros?

  • We are dedicated to a team environment with our office staff
  • We offer paid time off
  • We offer multiple options for medical, dental and vision insurance programs with employer contributions
  • We offer a 401(k) with employer contribution

This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our service operations—driving sales while delivering outstanding customer experiences. If you're energized by helping people resolve their home service issues, we invite you to join our team!
