As the Global Talent Acquisition Partner based in our Burbank office, you’ll help deliver a strong candidate experience while supporting hiring needs across teams and time zones. You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and People & Culture leaders to build strong pipelines, run efficient processes, and land world class talent.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Own full cycle recruiting for roles supporting US and global teams (scope may include corporate, commercial, and/or operations roles depending on hiring plans).
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, interview plans, scorecards, and timelines.
  • Proactively source and engage talent using a mix of LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide stakeholders through selection and offer decisions.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time activity and candidate notes in the ATS (Jobvite experience is a plus).
  • Manage candidate communication from initial outreach through offer acceptance, ensuring a timely and professional experience.
  • Support offer processes and pre-onboarding steps in partnership with People & Culture to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics and pipeline health, aligned globally; share insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Support global TA projects as needed (process improvements, interview training, talent mapping, etc.).
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to build and drive adoption of standardized, scalable hiring processes across the company, while supporting consistent and inclusive hiring practices aligned with Company standards.
  • Manage relationships with external partners (agencies, vendors) when required, ensuring quality and value.
  • Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of current employment legislation and market trends to keep Funko at the forefront of top-quality recruitment standards.
  • Additional miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned, which may include cross-team initiatives 
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 4-6 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment (consumer products industry is a plus)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with Jobvite a plus)
  • Experience sourcing, identifying, attracting, and securing talent through traditional and/or passive (creative) recruiting methods;
  • Utilize recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify talent for position requirements
  • Blended experience in both technical and non-technical recruiting
  • Proven experience sourcing and closing leadership candidates, up to VP level
  • Strong Communication
  • Self-starter mentality; comfortable with ambiguity, limited direction, and establishing something from nothing
  • Impeccable communication skills (both written and verbal) and attention to detail
  • Creativity, persistence, confidence and a relentlessly positive attitude are a must!
Salary Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $73,600 - $110,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

This on-site position is based in Burbank, CA.  Locals will be considered first.
