$100,000 DOE

Full-time preferred; 10:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule may be considered for the right candidate

Company Overview

A growing organization providing fundraising and development services to nonprofit organizations is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support its fundraising call center.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across staffing, fundraising campaigns, systems, and client onboarding.

Working closely with leadership, this individual will help keep multiple moving pieces organized, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure projects and processes move forward efficiently.

Prior nonprofit or fundraising experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for someone who is sharp, adaptable, coachable, and takes strong ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day operational processes and priorities.
  • Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Assist with new-hire onboarding and ongoing staffing needs.
  • Learn and manage systems and technology used to support fundraising operations.
  • Coordinate campaign setup, workflows, scheduling, and related processes.
  • Monitor activity and help identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Coordinate new client onboarding and campaign launches.
  • Maintain organized documentation and follow-up across ongoing projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Take ownership of additional operational projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations, administration, project coordination, recruiting coordination, or a related role.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and business systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and accountable.
  • Nonprofit or fundraising experience is a plus but not required.
