Experienced Mortgage Loan Officers Wanted at MVP Funding

MVP Funding is growing rapidly and is ranked nationally in volume for mortgage production. We are expanding and have just opened our brand new office in Gilbert, AZ. We are seeking talented Mortgage Loan Officers to join our dynamic team. If you’re a driven Loan Officer who excels at refinance transactions, we want to hear from you!

  • No state licensing or testing required — Loan Officers are exempt in all 50 states due to our FDIC-insured bank charter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and close high-volume refinance mortgage loans
  • Work exclusively with inbound leads — no cold calling required
  • Counsel clients on refinance options, rates, and program benefits
  • Analyze borrower credit, income, assets, and debt-to-income ratios for refinance qualification
  • Submit complete refinance files for processing and underwriting
  • Manage a high-volume refinance pipeline and close loans efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the refinance process
  • Handle purchase loans when they arise (though our primary focus is refinances)

What You Bring:

  • Active NMLS license required
  • Minimum 2 years of recent mortgage loan origination experience
  • Strong expertise in refinance transactions (conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, etc.)
  • Proven track record of closing refinance loans consistently
  • Ability to manage and grow a larger refinance pipeline
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Experience with Automated Underwriting Systems (DU/LP) preferred
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset
  • No state licensing or testing required — Loan Officers are exempt in all 50 states due to our FDIC-insured bank charter

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary + highest self-gen pay in the industry for Loan Officers who want to generate their own business
  • All inbound leads provided — focus on closing, not prospecting
  • Performance bonuses and spiffs
  • Comprehensive benefits: Health, Dental, Vision insurance
  • Paid vacation and sick days
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Robust marketing and lead support
  • Brand new, modern office in Gilbert, AZ
  • Stable, growth-oriented work environment with strong operational support
