What You'll Do

  • Assist with planning and execution of Women in Philanthropy and Tiffany Circle events
  • Conduct donor, corporate, and foundation research
  • Support grant writing and sponsorship proposal development
  • Maintain, verify and analyze donor information using Salesforce
  • Create reports and insights using Power BI
  • Assist with fundraising forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
  • Participate in donor stewardship activities, including donor recognition and appreciation efforts
  • Attend fundraising, networking, and community engagement events
  • Collaborate with development staff on strategic fundraising initiatives
  • 1:1 touches with donors: in person donor visits with Fund Development mentor, initiate phone calls and personalized thank you notes
