Job Title: IT Project Manager (PMP Certified) 13+ Years Exp  13+ Years Exp

Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience leading complex projects consisting of three or more integrated deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful on-time delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience monitoring, tracking, and managing the progress of three or more long-term projects, ensuring adherence to project goals, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Extensive experience developing, reviewing, and maintaining project management artifacts, including project plans, schedules, communication plans, status reports, risk logs, and other project documentation.
  • Strong experience facilitating project meetings and effectively communicating with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership, business partners, and project team members.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and facilitate communication among cross-functional project teams, ensuring collaboration, issue resolution, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience leading project meetings, documenting meeting minutes, preparing status reports, and producing comprehensive project documentation to support project governance and execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing.
