This role requires a strategic thinker who canย maintainย a broad project vision while managing detailed execution across all phases. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership and organizational skills with an ability to adapt, innovate, and create scalable, repeatable processes that enhance client satisfaction and business growth.ย 
What You'll Do:
  • Manage multipleย projects simultaneously, ensuringย timelyย delivery and high-quality work.ย 
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resourceย allocation.ย 
  • Identifyย and manage project risks and issues, takingย appropriate actionย to resolve them.ย 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative,ย account,ย medical,ย and productionย teams.ย 
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders.ย 
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.ย 
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in project management (print and digital), with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry
  • 1+ years of agency experience managing projects in high-volume pharmaceutical accounts with client-facing experience
  • Experience managing HCP promotional projects
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheets and Ziflow or similar tools

Salary Range: $70,000 - $82,000
