Project Manager, Technical Operations

About the Role

Lead cross-functional project execution and ensure successful delivery of Technical Operations initiatives from early development through readiness for registration and filing; drive project execution, facilitate alignment across functions, and ensure operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead cross-functional project teams (Insmed and external partners)
  • Ensure alignment across Manufacturing, Analytical Development, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory (with input from Commercial, Research, Clinical)
  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks; develop contingencies; escal...
  • Facilitate communication across project teams and stakeholders
  • Track deliverables and provide timely reporting
  • Represent Technical Operations in governance meetings
  • Support continuous improvement of project management tools, processes, and metrics
  • Partner to enhance tool use and drive operational efficiency
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
  • ~5+ years of project management experience in pharma, medical device, or related industry
  • Influence outcomes without direct authority; hold teams accountable
  • Experience in cross-functional, high-performing teams
  • Leadership in fast-paced environments; excellent communication/collaboration
  • Working knowledge across product lifecycle (Research, Preclinical, Clinical, Regulatory, Operations, QA)
  • Ability to work in highly regulated environments
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong technical/computer skills (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint; web-based tools)

Pay Range

$124,000.00–161,000.00 annual
