Our Deloitte Finance Transformation team practices to help chief financial officers, controllers, and finance teams define and execute their finance and global business services agendas and strategies. Work You'll Do

As an Analyst, Momentum Functional Analyst you will be responsible for: 

  • Configuring Momentum modules to support federal financial management workflows and business process requirements
  • Analyzing and documenting business capabilities, functional requirements, and end-to-end workflows across Momentum modules
  • Supporting Momentum application implementations, enhancements, and upgrades across the system development lifecycle
  • Developing and executing functional test cases, supporting integration testing and user acceptance testing, and validating business scenarios
  • Reviewing functional designs, configuration changes, and user stories while partnering with developers to clarify requirements and resolve defects
  • Creating functional documentation, supporting access review activities, and assisting business users with training materials, process guidance, status reporting, and release support

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for upgrade to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access with polygraph
  • 2+ years of experience supporting Momentum enterprise resource planning applications in one or more of the following modules: General Ledger, Budget Execution, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Automated Disbursements
  • 2+ years of experience supporting federal financial systems or defense financial systems
  • Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, Virginia up to 5 days per week
Preferred: 
  • Experience supporting Momentum implementation, enhancement, or upgrade activities
  • Experience developing and executing functional test cases for integration testing or user acceptance testing
  • Experience creating functional design documents or configuration documentation
  • Experience embedding functional requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience supporting access reviews, role design, or financial control processes
  • Experience collaborating with developers, testers, product owners, and business stakeholders in a system development lifecycle environment

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,500 to $170,900.
