We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and operationally-minded Recruiting Operations Manager to join our Global Recruiting Optimization team. This role is critical to driving operational excellence across our global Recruiting organization. The ideal candidate will bring high-level recruiting knowledge, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and a proven track record of optimizing systems and processes at scale. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on recruiting operations, capable of synthesizing complex information, connecting dots across programs, and representing Recruiting in high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Management & Process Leadership: Act as a trusted partner to Recruiting leadership and cross-functional teams. Represent the recruiting function in large-scale projects, influence decision-making, and provide SME-level guidance on recruiting operations, tools, and workflows.
  • Recruiting Systems & Tool Optimization: Own and continuously improve components of our recruiting technology stack (ATS, scheduling platforms, assessments, etc.) by identifying gaps, evaluating processes, and creating impact in partnership with systems teams.
  • Process Design & Implementation: Lead process improvement initiatives focused on scalability, automation, and simplification. Leverage insights to design streamlined workflows that reduce manual effort and improve quality and consistency across global teams.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage recruiting and operational data to identify trends, monitor performance, and develop actionable insights. Drive accountability around metric adoption, reporting integrity, and operational KPIs.
  • Program & Project Support: Support the planning and execution of recruiting programs and technology implementations. Track milestones, ensure cross-functional alignment, and surface risks and dependencies early.
  • Resource & Knowledge Management: Oversee the development and governance of process documentation, training materials, and self-serve knowledge resources. Ensure accessibility, accuracy, and usability across teams.
  • Enablement & Event Logistics: Partner with Recruiting Enablement to manage logistics for in-person and virtual events. Ensure a seamless experience for facilitators, attendees, and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or a related field
  • Understanding of recruiting processes, systems, and lifecycle workflows; able to operate as an SME
  • Experience supporting large-scale tech or process implementations and managing complex stakeholder groups
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data, identify trends, and develop recommendations
  • Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills; able to synthesize and connect large volumes of information
  • Skilled in stakeholder influence and driving alignment in cross-functional environments
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), Slack, and Smartsheet

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with recruiting technologies such as Workday, GoodTime, HackerRank, or equivalent platforms
  • Background in process optimization or systems thinking
  • Ability to operate autonomously and balance strategic priorities with tactical execution
  • Experience working in global and matrixed organizations
