Join our collaborative team as an EWM Functional Consultant, where you'll analyze business requirements, design optimized warehouse processes, and support full-cycle SAP EWM implementations. You'll work closely with clients to translate operational needs into scalable solutions. Your role in our team
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM functional solutions
• Configure key EWM processes including inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, slotting, labor management, and physical inventory
• Design and optimize warehouse processes, including RF, automation systems, and handling units
• Develop functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments
• Support integration with SAP ECC/S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, PP)
• Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and requirements-gathering session
• Execute configuration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and defect resolution
• Support data migration, cutover planning, Train key users and go-live activities
• Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ABAP, Basis, consultants) and create documentation, training materials, and end-user training
Your profile
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field with 5+ years of SAP EWM consulting experience
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP EWM solutions
• Strong knowledge of warehouse logistics, automation, and end-to-end supply chain processes
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM (embedded or decentralized)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Experience supporting both project implementations and production environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Willingness to travel 20-40% based on project needs
Nice to Have
• SAP EWM certification or formal SAP training
• Knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution or additional SAP modules mainly SAP WM
• Knowledge of ERP-EWM integration
• Additional languages a plus - German or Spanish preferred
• MFS experience is an advantage
