Job description

Metglas, Inc., located in Conway, SC, is a world-leading producer of Amorphous Metal Ribbon. Since our company began in the 1970s, Metglas, Inc. • Maintain competitive intelligence in CRM and provide strategic plans to management.
  • Represent customer priorities internally and support technical inquiries, design-in projects, and product development.
  • Travel domestically and internationally approximately 33-50%.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience in industrial or technical marketing, product development, commercialization, or strategic business development.
  • Strong knowledge of power and utility markets, forecasting, pricing, financial analysis, and account strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to commercialize technical products and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical, project management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data analysis.
  • Experience with government agencies or National Laboratories, government supply programs, transformer markets, international marketing, or emerging technologies is preferred.
