Coffee House Cafe in Dallas, TX is looking for an energetic and personable Weekend Bartender to join our brunch crew! If you love crafting creative cocktails, connecting with guests, and thriving in a lively weekend atmosphere, this is the perfect gig for you. Responsibilities:
  • Craft Mimosas, Bloody Marys, and other brunch beverages with consistency and flair
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences by engaging customers and delivering prompt, friendly service
  • Manage bar setup, breakdown, and cleanliness during weekend brunch shifts
  • Monitor and maintain bar inventory, flagging low stock to management
  • Verify guest age and comply with all Texas alcohol service regulations (TABC guidelines)
  • Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth brunch service
  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
  • Previous bartending experience, preferably in a cafe, brunch, or high-volume setting
  • TABC certification required (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
  • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty brunch drinks
