Remote Customer Service Representative

Location: 100% Remote (Must reside in the DFW, TX area)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr | $19.50/hr (Bilingual, fluent in Spanish)
Job Type: Full-Time (Contract-to-Hire)

Work Schedule

  • Training (First 9 Weeks): Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Regular Schedule (Post-Training): Monday – Friday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist customers via inbound calls and emails with warmth and professionalism.
  • Research account details and specific plan options to offer tailored support.
  • Complete financial transactions and navigate investment strategies.
  • Follow up on outstanding account inquiries, updates, and escalations.
  • Place occasional outbound calls/emails to collect or share important details.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong customer service background with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Comfort working with basic math, financial vehicles, and numbers.
  • Texas Residency Required: Must be able to travel to our Addison, TX office to pick up your remote work equipment upon hire
