Activities Supervisor - Let's Make Some Fun!
Seasonal Position (Now through October) $18/hr
Do you love bringing people together? Are you the kind of person who lights up a room and thrives on creating memorable moments? If planning events, spreading joy, and keeping the good vibes flowing sounds like you, we want YOU to lead our Activities & Recreation department!
About the Role
As our Activities Supervisor, you'll be the heartbeat of fun at the resort-planning engaging events, coordinating exciting experiences, and keeping guests smiling all season long. This is a seasonal position running through October, perfect for someone ready to jump into a lively, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Plan, schedule, and lead fun and engaging activities for all guest groups
  • Bring events to life by:
    • Arranging food and beverages
    • Booking entertainers and presenters
    • Managing ticket sales and event logistics
    • Planning and executing a lively entertainment program
  • Secure sponsors to help support and enhance events
  • Review requests and select vendors for seminars and informational programs
  • Create and manage our monthly resort newsletter,
  • Communicate openly and positively with guests, vendors, and resort management
  • Represent the resort with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a can-do attitude

What We're Looking For
  • A friendly and upbeat individual who genuinely enjoys working with people
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in event or activity planning preferred
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Publisher experience is a plus!)
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays when the fun is at its peak
