Job description

Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am - 5pm


Job Summary:

This individual will be expected to perform general maintenance tasks with minimal supervision. They will be expected to help maintain a safe environment for the residents, guests, and employees. Able to perform various work orders along with preventative maintenance work orders.


This position also will help out all Washington properties located in Spokane Valley, Medical Lake, andCheney.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Able to turn units in a timely manner - Getting vacant apartments ready for the new tenants to move in
  • Painting
  • Repairing appliances
  • Maintaining the grounds
  • Up-keep the curb appeal, clubhouse, amenities, and other common areas



Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1-year experience preferred, not required
  • Able to lift, push or pull a minimum of 50 pounds individually, regularly
  • Valid driver license, preferred
  • English language proficiency
  • Great customer service
  • General understanding of Microsoft Suites
  • Knowledge of environmental/industrial hazards as they apply to residential housing
