Counselors can work either full-time or part-time, allowing for a work-life balance that promotes personal well-being. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions with clients via video chat.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving client goals and enhancing their quality of life.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotions and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to share insights and improve treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess one of the following licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No provisional or limited licenses; candidates must have a clear professional record.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a sympathetic nature are essential for client engagement.
• Strong computer literacy skills and proficiency in telehealth platforms are necessary for effective service delivery.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in delivering telehealth services or virtual counseling is highly desirable.
• Prior work with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health practice is a plus.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a solid foundation in ethical counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on working hours and client engagement. Additionally, our counselors are eligible for a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit for hassle-free payment, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time employees.
