Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health statuses through initial consultations and regular follow-ups, utilizing structured diagnostic tools.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.
  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure continuity of care.
  • Provide referrals to additional healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and specialists, as necessary to enhance client care.
  • Actively participate in clinical supervision and team meetings to share insights and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your caseload may include a diverse array of clients, from individuals facing acute mental health crises to those managing chronic conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with various demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, focusing on their specific needs and ensuring culturally competent care. Your role will be instrumental in helping clients develop coping strategies, enhance resilience, and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW.
  • A minimum of four years of related experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong foundation in mental health disorders and a proven track record of implementing evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Demonstrated competence in providing individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive manner.
  • Exceptional crisis intervention skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities that allow for the establishment of rapport with a diverse clientele.
  • Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other clinical software tools.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with telehealth modalities and techniques to engage clients effectively in a virtual setting.
  • Background in group therapy facilitation, particularly in areas such as substance use recovery or trauma-informed care.
  • Awareness of and experience with culturally specific resources and interventions that can support varied populations.
Compensation and Benefits
