Evara Mental Health Services is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team. In this full-time position, you will engage in providing high-quality outpatient therapy services to clients throughout Tennessee, conveniently delivered via a secure telehealth platform. Work Environment

This remote position allows you the flexibility to work from anywhere within the state of Tennessee. You can structure your work hours to best fit your lifestyle, with availability during traditional office hours from Monday to Friday and the option to include evenings or weekends if desired. Our administrative team ensures you can focus solely on providing care by managing burdensome tasks such as billing, scheduling, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

As an LPC with Evara, your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering individual and couples therapy using our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
• Conducting thorough intake assessments, crafting comprehensive treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation within our electronic health record system.
• Participating in virtual case consultations and team trainings to enhance your clinical skills and contribute to team cohesion.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers as necessary to ensure continuity and quality of care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base encompasses a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will work with clients seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and more. We prioritize creating a safe and supportive virtual space where clients can openly express their concerns and work collaboratively towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
• An active LPC license in Tennessee (or be license-eligible within 90 days).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in individual or relational therapy contexts.
• A strong commitment to ethical practices and client-centered care.

Preferred Experience

Preferred attributes for this role include:

• Previous telehealth experience that demonstrates adaptability to virtual counseling dynamics.
• Training in evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• A solid understanding of electronic health record systems to efficiently manage client information.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, with options for W2 or 1099 status to suit your preferences. In addition to a generous salary, you will receive continuing education unit (CEU) assistance, peer consultations, and opportunities for optional supervision to support your professional development.
