Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions through our secure telehealth platform, establishing a rapport and maintaining a therapeutic alliance with clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and clinical documentation in our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring timely updates and compliance with industry standards.
  • Engage in regular virtual case consultations and participate in team discussions or training sessions to enhance collaborative care and professional development.
  • Coordinate with other health professionals and facilitate referrals when necessary to provide comprehensive care for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at Evara, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals seeking relief from anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health issues. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each bringing unique stories and needs that require understanding, respect, and tailored therapeutic strategies. Your ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds will be essential in fostering their growth and well-being.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
  • An active LPC license in Tennessee, or the ability to become license eligible within 90 days.
  • A minimum of 2 years of solid clinical experience in individual and/or relational therapy.
  • Proficiency in managing remote caseloads and operating independently in a virtual environment.
  • A reliable internet connection, a private workspace, and the necessary technical skills to navigate digital therapy platforms.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in telehealth delivery of counseling services, demonstrating adaptability to virtual communication.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
  • Participation in ongoing training or professional development, showcasing a commitment to growth in the counseling field.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, supplemented with flexible benefits designed to promote well-being in all areas of your life. Counselors can choose between W2 or 1099 employment structures, depending on personal preference.
